ROS inhibition abolishes the LPA-induced increase in FN-integrin binding. (A) Incubation of VSMC with LPA (2 μM) for 2 h in the presence of tempol (250 μM, n = 36) results in a 47% decrease in FN-integrin adhesion compared with LPA alone (n = 35).
