(A) K562 cells expressing CDKN3-WT or EV (control) were arrested at G1/S boundary by treatment with thymidine (2 mM) for 13.5 h and then released for 9 h followed by treatment with thymidine (2 mM) for 13.5 h. Cell cycle profiles at 0 and 2.5 h after release from thymidine treatment were analyzed by flow cytometry. (B) K562 cells expressing CDKN3-WT or EV control were arrested at G2/M phase by 2 mM of thymidine treatment for 13.5 h and then released for 6 h followed by treatment with 100 ng/ml of nocodazole for 6 h. Cell cycle profiles at 0, 2, and 4 h after release from nocodazole treatment were examined by flow cytometry.
