General workflow of methodology used. Data from Ponnurangam et al.⁵ were discretized into binary ON or OFF values and served as input to the network search algorithm. An initial interaction network was hypothesized from literature knowledge and also used as input to the network search algorithm. The algorithm consists of a constraint-based search over all possible logic network configurations that can be made from the nodes in the interaction network. A set of networks is predicted that match the experimental data. The dotted line indicates the need for additional experiments to distinguish between the set of candidate networks predicted.
