(A) 78-year-old woman (mean pulmonary arterial pressure [mPAP], 34 mmHg). The maximum main pulmonary artery (mainPA)-cross sectional area (CSA) was 10.1 cm², and the minimum was 8.2 cm². The mainPAD was 18.7%. (B) 61-year-old man (mPAP, 44 mmHg). The maximum mainPA-CSA was 10.6 cm², and the minimum was 9.6 cm². The mainPAD was 8.7%.
