(B) Gel electrophoresis of naked pDNA (lane 5) and concentrated supernatants without (lane 1, 2) or with (lane 3, 4) heparin-dissociation treatment. Supernatants were collected on the seventh (lane 2, 4) and 14th day (lane 1, 3) of release experiment, respectively.
