Surface mesothelin for MKN7, MKN28, MKN45 and MKN74 gastric cancer cell lines was determined by flow cytometry assay and standardized to determine sites per cell as described in Material and Methods. WST-8 assay was used to determine IC50 of these cell lines to the SS1P and RG7787 RITs.
