The intermolecular interactions involve both of the glycosylation sites at Asn208, located at the dimer interface of the non-crystallographic symmetry-related molecules, and at Asn310. B, interaction of the NAG molecule at Asn310 at one of the crystal contacts in the HjCel3A structure. This NAG glycan makes both direct interaction and water-mediated interactions with residues of a neighboring molecule.
