Normalization of protein expression was done with pan-actin. Ishikawa cells without siRNA for GAB1 (Scramble) or without siRNA (Control) showed an increased response of phosphorylated MAPK after incubation with 100 ng/mL of insulin for 10 minutes, compared with cells transfected with siRNA for GAB1 (siRNA).
