(A) Summary of the main features of the sequentially mutated collection of hBMSCs. Data on the in vivo tumorogenic potential (tumor penetrance, latency, and histological analysis) have been previously reported (Rodriguez et al., 2013). The latency represents the number of days until 1 cm³ tumor is observed.
