Best performance overall was for forward pressure (Pfor), integrated pressure (Psum), estimated eardrum pressure (PTMest), and depth-compensated ear simulator pressure (Psim_D). Standard calibration in the ear simulator (Psim_S) performs well above 10 kHz.
