Effect of 1μM atropine, 30μM lidocaine, 10μM indomethacin, 100μM glibenclamide, 100μM L-NMMA, 0.3μM HOE140 and 1mM DIDS on H2S induced relaxations in rat thoracic aortic rings precontracted with 1uM epinephrine. DIDS achieved a complete inhibition on relaxations after 1μM epinephrine. None of the other inhibitors tested, including glibenclamide had any significant effects on the relaxations.
