Inhibition of cancer cell invasion by PAMD polyplexes. Polyplexes were prepared at w/w ratio of 5 (total PAMD concentration 2.5 μg/mL). Cells were allowed to invade through a layer of Matrigel toward SDF-1 concentration gradient for 19 h before fixation and imaging. Average numbers of invaded cells were counted in randomly selected 5-10 imaging areas at 20× magnification (Scale bar = 200 μm).
