The cross-reactivity of ASKP1240 to mouse, rat, rabbit, cynomolgus monkey or human CD40 on blood cells was assessed. Human peripheral blood was stained with biotinylated ASKP1240 plus streptavidin-PE or FITC-ASKP1240, and the fluorescent activity of the erythrocytes, platelets, T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes and granulocytes, from each species, was determined by flow cytometry.
