U87-MG cells were treated with FTS 75μM, in the presence or in the absence of 10μM GroA. After 48 hr, a scratch wound was inflicted at each well. 24 hr later, the cells were fixed and stained with DAPI. The resulting gap was imaged and cell number in the scratch was quantified and presented as the number of cells in the scratched area (B).
