PQ-induced mRNA expression alterations. These genes selected from 1,465 targets of PQ-induced differentially expressed miRNA were known to be involved in the hNPCs proliferation and differentiation. hNPCs were treated with 0, 10, 20, or 40 μmol/L PQ for 24 h and mRNA were isolated for real-time RT-PCR analysis.
