(B) SAC activation by histone loss is not associated with the formation of a Mad2-GFP focus. The percentage of wild-type and t::HHF2 cells with a Mad2-GFP focus was determined after incubation with or without nocodazole (NCD) at 15 μg/ml for 2 h under conditions of histone depletion (0.25 μg/ml).
