Molecular diversity of AMPAR assemblies. All proteins are presented as space-filling 3D models that are projected onto the postsynaptic membrane. The models were generated with the Maya platform (Autodesk Maya 3D) (Takamori et al., 2006) using pdb-entries and molecular modeling for the indicated proteins.
