Formoterol-suppressed accumulation of cytokine producing cells in regional lymph node of the HDM-induced airway inflammation model. Lymphocytes from bronchial lymph nodes were collected, and cultured at 1.0 × 107/ml in complete RPMI 1640 culture medium containing 10% FBS, in the presence of PMA and ionomycin.
