Cell density of migrated mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in response to dehydrated human amnion/chorion tissue allografts (dHACM), as well as negative and positive controls, for three MSC donors. (A) Representative micrographs and (B) cell density measurements indicated that greater migration was observed in response to larger samples, relative to their smaller counterparts.
