(A) HγD-crys incubated at pH 7.0 and (B) HγD-crys incubated at pH 2.0. The incubation temperatures used were 37 and 55°C. The incubation periods were 0, 2 hr, and 2 day. Incubation under pH 2.0 settings resulted in a large shift in absorption minimum and an increase in signal intensity not seen in samples under pH 7.
