Alcohol use (“None” was defined as no alcoholic beverages in the past year; “Heavy” was defined as >14 drinks/week or >4 drinks on the day they drank the most in the past month for men; and > 7 drinks/week or > 3 drinks on the day they drank the most in the past month for women).
