Interventions | 3×1 hour sessions/week over 12 week period for 36 sessions. All exercises dynamic against resistance, exercising upper limb and lower limb alternately for 4 minutes with 2 mins rest in between. Target HR 85% of HRmax at ETT. F/U 1 year. |
