The table shows ROI sizes, mean R, R, and proton density (PD) values, and standard deviations of 15 pre-defined structures in the Montreal Neurological Institute (MNI) standard brain template. The ROIs were cropped with 2 mm from the standard brain templates. All comparisons between the reference group and the multiple sclerosis group were highly significant, p0.001.
