Calorimetric dissociation isotherm of rPvLEA6 protein. Twenty aliquots of 1 μl of LEA protein (0.47 mm, monomer equivalent concentration) were added stepwise to the calorimeter cell loaded with buffer solution. Isotherm was obtained at 30 °C in 10 mm KHPO₄ buffer, pH 8.0. The solid line represents the best fitting of a simple dimer dissociation model to the calorimetric data.
