Acyl-CoAs assayed in brains, hearts, kidneys, and livers of rats treated with HNA. Five rats received an intraperitoneal injection of 100 mg/kg HNA. Rats were terminated after 30 min, and organs (brains, hearts, kidneys, and livers) were quickly dissected and snap-frozen in liquid nitrogen for acyl-CoA analysis.
