The inhibition of HNA ω-hydroxylation by the CYP inhibitor, HET0016. Liver homogenates from rats fed 4 weeks of a KG diet were incubated with 1 mm HNA, 1 mm NADPH, and 100 mm phosphate buffer at 37 °C for 30 min, and various amounts of HET0016 (n = 5 at each concentration of HET0016) were added in the incubation mixtures.
