Impairment of ribosome biogenesis by EFTUD1downregulation. (A) Immunofluorescent cell staining of eIF6 in U87MG glioma cells treated with EFTUD1 siRNAs 3 days after transfection. U87MG cells treated with control siRNA and EFTUD1 siRNAs were immunoprobed using an eIF6 antibody, followed by fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
