SFA, saturated fatty acids; MUFA, monounsaturated fatty acids; PUFA, polyunsaturated fatty acids. Student's t-test for paired data: * P≤0.05 for comparisons of 48-h vs 0-h within the same genotype; # P≤.05 for comparisons of the same condition between E2F2-/- and WT groups.
