Reference gene expressions from three independent microarray hybridizations were analyzed by Partek genomic suite version 6.6. Gene expressions for all conditions were compared against control sample, which is under euglycaemia and normoxia. Genes showing expression between −1.2-fold and 1.2-fold change and P > 0.05 were considered stable.
