  • Heroin

  • ε-aminocaproic acid

Non-inflammatory Necrotizing or Vacuolar:
  • Alcohol

  • Cholesterol lowering agents

  • Chloroquine

  • Colchicine

  • Cyclosporine and tacrolimus

  • Emetine

  • ε-aminocaproic acid

  • Isoretinoic acid (vitamin A analogue)

  • Labetalol

  • Vincristine

Myosin Loss
  • Non-depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agents

  • Steroids
