This figure was created by comparing gene expression levels of Z128 to Z263. FDR≤0.001, |log₂Ratio| ≥1 was used as threshold, red dots represented up-regulated genes, green dots represented the down-regulated genes, and blue dots represented gene expression with no significant difference.
