A) Immortalized APAF1 knockout mouse fibroblasts were transfected with GFP-HGV-Apoptin or the corresponding pEGFPC1 control plasmid and the relative confocal images of MEF WT and MEF-APAF1^−/−48 h post-transfection, cells were fixed and stained with DAPI for the detection of nuclear morphology.
