Effects of flooding stress on glycoproteins stained by ConA. Two-day-old soybeans were flooded for 1, 2, 3, and 4 days (white columns). Untreated plants served as controls (black columns). Proteins were reacted with ConA antibody. The pattern of CBB staining was used as a loading control. The relative band intensities were calculated using ImageJ software. The analyzed protein samples are shown in Supplemental Figure 1.
