Polyinosinic:polycytidylic acid (poly(I:C)) and isoflavone effect on mouse locomotor activity. Mice were provided with either low (Figure 1 A) or high (Figure 1 B) isoflavone diet ad libitum. Mice were injected intraperitoneally (ip) with 20 mg/kg poly(I:C) and were forced to swim for 15 minutes. Following this, they were individually placed into specific cages and locomotor activity was monitored overnight.
