Dnajb13mRNA and DNAJB13 protein in different mouse tissues. (A) Mouse multi-tissue RT-PCR of Dnajb13. Total RNA samples extracted from different mouse tissues were subjected to RT-PCR with a Dnajb13 primer set. The housekeeping gene Gapdh was also amplified as a control. In the negative control, the template is double-distilled water. In the positive control, the template is recombinant plasmid pQE/Dnajb13. (B) Mouse multi-tissue WB of DNAJB13. The beta-ACTIN was also detected as a control.
