The percentage of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells and the Th17/Treg ratio varies in patients with a successful pregnancy after immunotherapy. The percentage of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected by flow cytometry in patients with successful pregnancy after immunotherapy. To date, 13 of the 20 patients have become newly pregnant. Of the 13, the 11 patients did not miscarry (successful group).
