Cytohesin-2 inhibition by SecinH3 enhances dense granule secretion and platelet aggregation. Washed platelets (2 × 10⁸ mL⁻¹) were treated for 15 min with 0.2% DMSO vehicle (Veh) or 15 μm SecinH3 (SecH3).
