1MT treated or untreated B10.A and A/J mice were infected i.t. with 1×10⁶ yeast cells of P. brasiliensis, and at 2 (A) and 8 (B) weeks after infection, lung inflammatory cells were obtained and lung DC subsets characterized using specific antibodies. Cell phenotypes were analyzed by flow cytometry as described in Materials and Methods. The data represent means ± SEM of 5–7 mice per group and are representative of three independent experiments (*p<0.05; **p<0.01; ***p<0.001).
