PHASES Aneurysm Risk Score

To calculate the PHASES risk score for an individual, the number of points associated with each indicator can be added up to obtain the total risk score. SAH=subarachnoid haemorrhage. ICA=internal carotid artery. MCA=middle cerebral artery. ACA=anterior cerebral arteries (including the anterior cerebral artery, anterior communicating artery, and pericallosal artery).
