BHK-ABCA1 cells were induced overnight with mifepristone (10 nM) and then incubated with DEBC, LY294002 or rapamycin at indicated concentrations for 2 h. Cells were then lysed and analyzed for ABCA1 and phosphorylated S6K by Western blotting. Actin was also blotted as loading control.
