Cytokine secretion from CAFs under various IL-1α expression conditions. (A) Cytokine secretions from CAFs that were treated with or without 50 pg/ml IL-1α human recombinant protein. (B) Cytokine secretions from CAFs that were treated with or without 1 μg/ml neutralizing antibody against IL-1α. Mouse IgG_2A was used as a control. (C) Secretion levels of cytokines from CAFs co-cultured with YD-10B or YD-32. Monocultured CAFs was used as a control. In all the experiments, ELISA was employed to measure the secretion levels of three cytokines (CCL7, CXCL1, and IL-8) in conditioned media after 48 hours. Quantitative results indicate average values of three independent experiments, each of which was conducted in triplicate (n = 9). The results are shown as mean values ± SD (n = 9) and were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney U test (*P < .05 and ***P < .001).
