For the nuclear markers, the coloured rectangles indicate that the sequence from the cultivar is 100% identical to wild species, and the multicoloured rectangles represent the situation when the sequence is identical to more than one wild species. For the chloroplast segment combined from four regions, the coloured rectangles indicate that the sequences from cultivars are nearly identical to wild species.
