(b) Numbers of functional enrichments (based on GO terms and KEGG pathways) and their overlap as a function of role, context and their interaction (EASE score, p < 0.05) are shown in a similar diagram. Context was associated with the largest number of DEGs but smallest number of GO enrichment terms, with the opposite pattern for the role × context interaction.
