This investigation was performed using only a subset of T. urartu sequence info (T. urartu scaffolds): 90.7 Mb, with an L50 of 64 532 nt.
Scaffolding was allowed if the corresponding sequence contigs hit at least three WGP™ from the ends of only two ltc contigs.
The corresponding ltc contigs were provided by genetic anchoring information.
