Grade 0: Homogenous cartilage and normal (2-4 mm) joint space width; Grade I: Narrowing of the joint space and small osteophytes; Grade II: Narrowing of the joint space, moderate osteophytes and/or subchondral erosions; Grade III: Narrowing of the joint space, large osteophytes and subchondral erosion/cysts.
