ABA dose response in germination of Zak ERA8, 19A, and 19B compared to Zak wild type. Two lots of M₅ grain were tested as a cut seeds after 3 weeks of after-ripening and b intact seeds after 2 months of after-ripening. Seeds were treated with varying concentrations of (+)-ABA in MES or MES in the absence of ABA and scored daily for 5 days for the calculation of germination index (GI).
