MAPK phosphorylation in T cells isolated by negative T cell selection by magnetic beads from control or HG mice, unstimulated or stimulated with 40 nM PMA or anti-CD3e/CD28 (2.5 µg/ml) for 15 min. A, p38 phosphorylation and B, ERK1/2 phosphorylation, mean ± SD (n=6–8). All experiments were repeated at least twice. Statistical differences were analyzed by Student’s t test, **p<0.01, ***p<0.001.
