Amino acid atomic positions are coloured with C in grey or yellow depending on subunit, N in blue, O in red, and 2-aminoacetophenone is shown with C in black, N in cyan and O in red. Blue broken lines represent potential hydrogen bonds and a single red broken line indicates the intramolecular interaction in the ligand.
