Serum neutralizing antibody titers in cotton rats vaccinated with rhMPV-F. Cotton rats were immunized by rhMPV-F intranasally at a dose of 5.3 log₁₀ PFU per rat. Serum samples were collected from each cotton rat weekly after immunization. Serum neutralizing antibodies were determined using plaque reduction neutralization assay. The antibody titers were calculated as 50% plaque reduction titer.
