RAW264.7 cells were cultured for 4 hours with LPS (100 ng/mL) and 0.1, 0.5, 2.5 or 12.5 mg/mL MeOH extract (A), or 60, 300 or 1500 µM swertiamarin or gentiopicroside (B).
